Adam Jack in the mountains

About Adam

Adventurer. Storyteller. Wanderer.

Who I Am

I'm Adam Jack - an outdoor adventurer, content creator and storyteller based in the UK. I spend my time exploring mountains, wild places and the spaces that exist outside the ordinary rhythm of everyday life.

This isn't a polished highlight reel. It's a genuine attempt to figure out what it means to actually live  - to get outside, get uncomfortable, and find something real in the process. Alongside my own journey of pushing beyond comfort zones and reconnecting with nature, I am a qualified Life Coach with a passion for helping people take back control of their lives. I believe real transformation comes from looking at the whole person - body, mind and soul - rather than treating each part in isolation. My approach is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, break through the patterns that hold you back, build greater awareness and create the clarity, confidence and discipline to move forward. Whether you want to transform your health, mindset, relationships, purpose or simply reconnect with who you truly are or the incredible living world around you, I’m here to help you take that first step and build a life that feels genuinely aligned with you.

The Journey

The Beginning

One Evening on Pen y Fan

It started with a walk. One evening, moving between Corn Du and Pen y Fan, I felt something shift. Standing on that summit, watching the light change across the Brecon Beacons, I felt genuinely grateful to be alive. Not in a passing way — in a way that stopped me in my tracks. Being present, right there, in that moment, gave me a broader sense of what life is actually about. That feeling changed everything.

The Mountains

Finding the Hills

After that evening on Pen y Fan, I kept going back. To the mountains, to the wild places, to the feeling of being fully present somewhere that doesn't care about your inbox or your to-do list. The hills became my reset button — and then they became something more. A way of life. A lens through which everything else started to make more sense.

Storytelling

Why I Document

I started filming because I wanted to share what I was experiencing — not the highlight reel, but the actual feeling of being out there. The scrambles that scared me. The sunrises nobody else saw. The quiet moments between the big ones. Scramble & Soar grew out of that impulse: to document the journey honestly, and to bring other people along for it.

Right Now

Where I Am Now

I'm building Scramble & Soar with my mate James — adventure content, mountain films, campervan life and the stories in between. I'm also working on Wild Voice with Aisling Goodwin, and offering one-to-one life coaching for people who want to make a real change. All of it comes back to that evening on Pen y Fan: presence, gratitude, and the belief that actually living is worth the effort.

What I Believe

01

Get Outside

The outdoors isn't a backdrop — it's the point. Fresh air, physical challenge, wild landscapes and the perspective that only comes from being somewhere that doesn't care about your inbox.

02

Get Uncomfortable

Growth lives at the edge of comfort. Whether that's a grade 3 scramble, a cold swim, a conversation you've been avoiding, or just doing the thing you've been putting off — discomfort is the signal, not the problem.

03

Get Alive

Not just existing. Actually living. Paying attention. Being present. Choosing experiences over convenience. This is what all of it — the adventure, the storytelling, the wild places — is really about.
